Include access in the fit-out programme
Door preparation, network cabling and power are easier to coordinate when entry requirements are known early. Share the proposed layout and the responsibilities of the builder, landlord and IT provider.
A relevant completed installation
The existing Mandurah project record documents staff and customer access control alongside fibre, a gigabit network and security cameras. It does not identify the access equipment brand, so we do not describe it as a confirmed UniFi Access installation.
Make handover part of the scope
A new business needs its administrator accounts, staff permissions and everyday entry procedures ready for opening. Agree who will manage the system and how new staff will receive access.
