Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business, suburb and premises requirements. It prepares a message in your browser; it does not automatically send it or save the form to a website database. If you choose to send the prepared email, the message is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email service.
Purpose of an enquiry
Information you send is used to respond to your request, understand the proposed work and discuss an assessment or quotation. Please provide only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Do not send passwords, PIN codes, biometric records or staff credential lists.
Website technology and preferences
This private review website does not include advertising trackers, analytics or non-essential cookies. Form entries are held in the current page’s memory and are not saved in browser storage. Display preferences for theme and motion are stored on your device. Any future hosting, enquiry service or analytics provider must be reflected in this notice before public launch.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
Email sales@servicewest.au to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Describe the request without including sensitive credentials. Identity may need to be checked before information can be discussed.
Launch review
This notice describes the current private review website. The business must confirm its actual email and hosting providers, information retention arrangements, any overseas handling and privacy complaint process before public launch. The notice should then be updated to reflect those confirmed arrangements.
