Staff access. Every permission has a purpose.

Make staff onboarding, changing roles and removing old access easier to manage across your premises.

01

Groups that match real responsibilities

Set permissions around roles and areas instead of granting every person access to every door. Reception staff, warehouse teams, cleaners and managers can have different access needs.

02

Choose practical credentials

Cards, fobs, mobile access and supported PIN or wallet options can suit different teams. Device compatibility, fees for optional services and the selected readers are confirmed before a method is included in your scope.

03

A repeatable joiner and leaver process

Name the people responsible for issuing credentials, reporting lost cards and removing access when someone leaves. We can set up agreed groups and schedules and show your administrator how to maintain them.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A little clarity.

Can staff and cleaners have different access hours?

We can plan separate permission groups around roles, doors and agreed hours. The selected system's scheduling options are checked during scoping, including exceptions such as changed rosters and public holidays.

What happens when a card is lost or someone leaves?

Your administrator needs a clear process for identifying the credential and removing its access. We cover the agreed management tasks at handover and help establish who receives lost-card and leaver requests.

Does mobile access replace cards for everyone?

It does not have to. Reader and phone compatibility, setup requirements and any optional service fees need checking. An alternative credential can be considered for people without a suitable phone or when a phone is unavailable.

FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Considered at every stage.

01

Understand.

We review your entrances, existing systems and the people who need access.

02

Install.

The agreed scope sets out suitable equipment, site works and the installation sequence.

03

Hand over.

Access groups, administrator responsibilities and everyday use are covered in the handover.
